CPE Media News (11/21/2018) – OSG Billing Services, a portfolio company of Aquiline Capital Partners LLC, has acquired Brampton, Ontario based Formost mediaOne, a leader in the outsourced billing, document and services industry, marking OSG’s entry into the Canadian market.
Formost was founded in 1981 as a business forms manufacturer and merged with mediaOne in 2000 to become a document and services outsourcing company specializing in transactional, statement and tax form processing, custom programming, variable imaging and mailing.
Ridgefield Park, New Jersey-based OSG Billing Services, a leading provider of omnichannel billing and payment solutions, was acquired by New York based Aquiline Capital Partners in June 2017.
