Area One Farms Ltd. has held an additional close for Area One Farms Fund IV with commitments from a large group of Canadian accredited private investors.
Area One Farms Fund IV, a 2019-vintage fund, held initial close in June 2019 securing $120 million.
Since 2021, Fund IV has raised over $110 million in three closing from accredited investors.
Led by CEO and GP, Joelle Faulkner, Area One Farms “bridges the gap between agriculture and equity – helping quality Canadian farmers expand their operations in a stable and committed partnership since 2013.”
Note: Area One Farms was reportedly raised $310 million for Fund V in February 2022.
