Blackspur Oil Corp., a portfolio company of Camcor Partners Inc., has raised $28.54 million through a common share and flow-through share offering. Alberta investors led the round with participation of investors from BC, Saskatchewan, Ontario and the United Kingdom.
Burstall Winger Zammit LLP acted as legal counsel to Blackspur Oil.
Founded in 2012, Blackspur Oil Corp. is a privately-held high growth exploration and production company focused on the development of crude oil and natural gas in Alberta.
