Bridgit Inc., a Kitchener, Ontario based construction management software developer, has finally disclosed the closing of a $6.2 million Series A financing led by government VC fund BDC Capital. The financing closed three months ago.
BDC Capital invested $2 million and rest came from US VCs (40% of the round) including Salesforce Ventures, Sands Capital Ventures, and Canadian VCs including BDC Capital funded StandUp Ventures, Vanedge Capital, and Ontario government funded MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund (IAF), and Innovation Grade Ventures and other private investors.
Bridgit has so far raised over $10 million in financing.
