CPE Media News – pcJournal (9/18/2018) – Demers Braun Ambulance Manufacturer Inc., a portfolio company of Clearspring Capital Partners and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), has acquired Saskatoon, Saskatchewan based Crestline Coach Ltd., a manufacturer of ambulances and specialized vehicles and a distributor of small and medium buses in Canada.
Beloeil, Quebec based Demers Braun said the acquisition will help broaden its service offering by integrating specialized vehicles into its portfolio.
There will be no changes to Crestline Coach’s team following this acquisition. Steve Hoffrogge continues to lead Crestline Coach as President.
In January 2018, with the support of CDPQ, Clearspring Capital Partners formed Demers Braun by merging its portfolio company Demers Ambulances with Van Wert, Ohio based Braun Industries, Inc.
