Crédit Mutuel consolidates North American VC, growth equity under Crédit Mutuel Equity

CPE Media News (12/19/2019) – Crédit Mutuel Equity, a private equity subsidiary of France’s Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, has announced new corporate identity for its private equity network worldwide.

Specifically, the North American growth capital activities formerly under CIC Capital Canada, and the North American venture capital activities formerly under CIC Capital Ventures, both formerly were under Credit Mutuel Capital (CM-CIC Investissement), are now grouped under the North American division of Crédit Mutuel Equity.

Crédit Mutuel Equity has been present in Canada since 2010, supporting more than 26 companies in North America at various stages of their development. Its investments stand at more than $145 million.
