CPE News (9.19.2022) – Elevate Farms Inc. has announced results of its annual general and special meeting (AGM) of shareholders held on Friday, September 16, 2022.
Three existing directors, Amin Jadavji, Per Aage Lysaa, and Mark Skapinker, along with one new director, Douglas Janzen, were elected to Elevate Farms board of directors.
Janzen became a significant shareholder following his investment in 2021 and the recent conversion of previously issued convertible debentures.
“I have made 3 separate investments into Elevate and believe it will become a very important player in the vertical farming industry. I think the company has huge potential and is an attractive opportunity for ESG investors,” commented Janzen.
