Fanxchange Ltd., an online marketplace for tickets, has raised $4.826 million from five Ontario, three US investors and one Alberta investors. The unnamed Alberta investor led with $2 million.
In May 2016, Toronto based Fanxchange raised $5 million from Azure Capital Partners, Plaza Ventures, Gibraltar & Company, and private investors.
Fanxchange board of directors is comprised of CEO Brandon Koffler, Tom Koffler, President of The Koffler Development Group Inc., Cam Di Prata, Founder & Managing Partner, Gibraltar, and Dan Park, General Manager of UberEverything at Uber and Venture Partner at Azure Capital Partners.
