CPE Media News – pcJournal (9/24/2018) – Athletica Sport Systems Inc., a portfolio company of Fulcrum Capital Partners, has acquired Cascadia Sport Systems Inc., a Port Moody, BC based premium provider of gymnasium and arena products for sport and multiuse entertainment facilities worldwide.
The acquisition will enable Waterloo, Ontario based Athletica to expand into Western Canada and China. Cascadia will continue to operate as a separate entity while enabling Athletica to expand its product offering as a reseller of Cascadia gymnasium, soccer, and other sports infrastructure products. Murdo Paterson, General Manager of Cascadia, will continue to lead the business.
