The transaction represents the 55th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
Owned and operated by Luc Boudreault, Josée Boudreault and family, Gatineau, Québec based Boudreault Packaging is a market leading distributor of janitorial sanitation and foodservice products.
Founded in 1935, Jersey City, New Jersey based Imperial Dade is a leading independently owned and operated distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies, floor equipment, and industrial packaging serving North America, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean.
In June 2022, Advent International acquired a majority stake in Imperial Dade from Bain Capital Private Equity. Imperial Dade continues under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, who remain significant investors in the business alongside the current management team.
