Lemuria Royalties Corp., a private mining royalty and streaming company, has closed a non-brokered private placement of equity securities for gross proceeds of US $2.65 million.
Lemuria Royalties has now raised a total of US $8.8 million over the last twelve months, including private placements of US $2 million and US $4.15 million in 2016.
Lemuria Royalties currently owns 2% NSR Royalty of Caylloma Mine in Peru and intends to add additional assets.
