Mill Street & Co. acquires Nottawasaga Mechanical

Mill Street & Co. has acquired Nottawasaga Mechanical. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Nottawasaga Mechanical will become part of Mill Street & Co. Mechanical Construction Group which also include Speed Fastening Systems Inc., Sierra Equipment Limited, Thorold Lumber & Home Centre Inc., UXPort Tools, Parliament Building Supplies, Sauve Lumber and Building Supplies LTD., Clarksburg Contractors, Great Northern Insulation, Barrier Sciences Group, Trinity Energy Innovations Inc., and Aircon Mechanical Systems Inc.

For over 30 years, Nottawasaga Mechanical has been delivering comfort and peace of mind to the Barrie and Georgian Triangle Area of Ontario as a heating, air conditioning and refrigeration contractor of choice. Nottawasaga specializes in designing and installing complete comfort systems for owners of existing homes and also for new home construction.
