Medisys Health Group Inc., a portfolio company of Persistence Capital Partners, has acquired Oakville, Ontario based Tri Fit Incorporated. Financing terms were not disclosed.
Founded by Sue Pridham and Veronica Marsden, Tri Fit has been delivering corporate fitness facility management and design services as well as workplace health and wellness programming to over 110,000 users across Canada since 1979.
Tri Fit’s staff of over 140 fitness and wellness consultants, kinesiologists, ergonomic consultants, fitness instructors, and personal trainers will remain with Tri Fit, as will its senior management team.
Veronica Marsden and Sue Pridham will continue to drive business development of Tri Fit and support the day-to-day operations and client services of the business.
