Pioneer Fund, a fund that “combines capital, expertise, connections, and support from 300+ Y Combinator alumni,” has held a Canadian closing for Pioneer Fund II LP.

Pioneer Fund II consists of the main fund, Pioneer Fund II LP, an Ontario fund, and two Delaware parallel funds, Pioneer Fund II (Alumni) L.P. and Pioneer Fund II (US) L.P.
Pioneer Fund has yet to announce any closing.
With office in San Francisco, California, Toronto (virtual) headquartered Pioneer Fund is led by Jason Gray, founder & Managing General Partner, Tim Suzman, General Partner.
