Potential Motors secured $2.5M new financing led by Build Ventures

CPE Media News (5/6/2020) – Potential Motors has closed a $2.5 million new round of financing led by Build Ventures with participation of Brightspark Ventures and New Brunswick Innovation Foundation (NBIF).

The financing closed in Q1 220. Patrick Keefe, General Partner of Build Ventures has joined Potential Motors’ board of directors that also includes President & CEO Sam Poirier, Chief Scientist Chris Newton, and Chair Marcel Lebrun.

Fredericton, New Brunswick based Potential Motors develops software that drastically improves the safety and performance of automobiles. Potential Motors’ RallyAI Vehicle Control System is a software platform that provides an unprecedented level of vehicle control, making vehicles much more capable, more resilient to changing conditions, and much safer than with other approaches.
