CPE News Brief(6.14.2022) – Starlight Canadian Residential Growth Fund III, Starlight Investments’ third co-mingled fund focused on the stable and high performing Canadian multi-family sector, has raised CDN $1.2 billion in capital commitments.
Fund III size exceeds the combined size of Fund I (2019) and Fund II (2020).
Fund III also for the first time attracted foreign investors to the fund, raising 61% of the total commitments from foreign investors.
