CentriLogic, a portfolio company of TriSpan LLP and Long Point Capital, has acquired ObjectSharp for undisclosed amount.
Tequity acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ObjectSharp.
Founded by Dave Lloyd and Barry Gervin in 2011, Toronto based ObjectSharp is a cloud-native development company, with deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
The acquisition strengthens CentriLogic’s cloud services practice, enabling the company to help businesses create, re-factor and re-architect applications for the cloud and leverage the new paradigms of CI/CD, DevOps, Software Automation, and Agile.
Toronto based CentriLogic is a global provider of IT transformation solutions with a comprehensive portfolio of advisory, cloud, application management, and infrastructure services.
In June 2018, TriSpan Opportunities Fund and Long Point Capital completed a recapitalization of CentriLogic.
ObjectSharp is the second add-on acquisition by CentriLogic under TriSpan and Long Point Capital.
In January 20202, CentriLogic acquired ManageForce, an Oak Brook, Illinois based cloud, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and data services provider for Oracle and Microsoft applications and databases.
