Whitehorse Liquidity Partners launches Fund IV

Whitehorse Liquidity Partners Inc. has launched its fourth fund, Whitehorse Liquidity Partners IV.

Whitehorse Liquidity Partners did not disclose the fund target. The firm has previously closed Fund III at US $2 billion (hard-cap) in 2019, Fund II at US $1 billion (hard-cap) in 2018, and its inaugural fund at US $402 million in 2017.

Toronto based Whitehorse Liquidity Partners is a private equity firm focused on providing structured liquidity solutions to the alternative asset class.

Whitehorse Liquidity Partners was founded in 2015 by General Partner, Yann Robard who has previously served as Managing Director, Head of Secondaries and Co-Investments at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB).

The firm has 46 employees and has closed or committed to 48 transactions with a value of approximately US $3.9 billion.
