XPV Water Partners merges Aquatic Informatics with WaterTrax, Linko Technology

XPV Water Partners has acquired majority control of Aquatic Informatics Inc. and subsequently merged it with Watermarq Technologies which operates WaterTrax and Linko Technology.

Aquatic Informatics Inc. was back by Renewal2 Partners which sold its stake held since 2010 to XPV Water Partners. Watermarq Technologies was previously backed Krystal Financial Corp.

Aquatic Informatics will continue to operate offices in Vancouver, Denver, Ferndale, Washington, and Hobart, Australia.
