CPE News (7/9/2021) – 1Password has completed a major Series B round of financing. The financing is consisting of primary investment and secondary purchase from company founders and officers. The company has yet to announce the financing.
In November 20219, 1Password raised US $200 million in Series A funding led by Accel and with participation of Slack Fund and private investors.
Founded by Sara Teare, David Teare, Roustem Karimov and Natalia Karimov, 1Password a developer of privacy-focused password manager that keeps user safe online. “By combining industry-leading security and award-winning design, the company provides private, secure, and user-friendly password management to businesses and consumers globally. More than 80,000 business customers, including IBM, Slack, PagerDuty, and GitLab, trust 1Password as their enterprise password manager.”
