Electra Meccanica Vehicles secures additional funding

Electrameccanica Vehicles Corp. (EMV), the designer and manufacturer of SOLO all-electric commuter vehicle, has raised $[mepr-active rule=”374″ ifallowed=”hide”]##subscriber ONLY content##[/mepr-active][mepr-active rule=”374″]728,000, priced at $1.00 per unit, in three closings in 2017 from BC and Chinese investors[/mepr-active].

Electra Meccanica’s SOLO is an all-electric, single passenger vehicle developed to revolutionize the way people commute. EMV launched the SOLO in September 2016, and is preparing to deliver over 400 pre-ordered vehicles in 2017, with plans to manufacture on a large scale for domestic and international markets.

Since its inception in 2015, Electra Meccanica has raised $[mepr-active rule=”374″ ifallowed=”hide”]##subscriber ONLY content##[/mepr-active][mepr-active rule=”374″]10 million to date from investors from BC, China and USA[/mepr-active].

In October 2016, Electra Meccanica filed a non-offering prospectus to become a reporting issuer, seeking to list its stock on OTC Pink market operated by the OTC Markets Group Inc.

Electra Meccanica is led and controlled by CEO Jerry Kroll and COO Henry Reisner.
