Alida secures $3M Series D add-on from BMO Capital Partners

CPE News (11.30.2021) – Alida has received a subsequent Series D equity investment by BMO Capital Partners, bringing the total Series D investment to $23 million.

This investment will accelerate Alida’s aggressive growth strategy and innovation agenda to deliver leading SaaS solutions in the Customer Experience Management (CXM) industry.

The new equity investment builds on the $20 million capital raise from Round13 Growth Fund in September 2021. Other recent funding initiatives include a US $10 million debt facility from Comerica Bank in July 2021, and US $20 million in growth debt from Vistara Capital Partners in 2020.

Funding complements the recent equity investment from Round13 Growth
