CPE News (11.6.2023) – Alphi Capital has announced the completion of the capitalization of the Da-Lee Group in partnership with the founding family, David Rogers and Lee-Ann Lochhead.
The transaction closed in early November 2023. Financial terms were not disclosed
Stoney Creek, Ontario based Da-Lee Group provides key infrastructure and environmental services including dust control, winter de-icing, calcium chloride distribution, pavement repair and waste management services to industrial and municipal customers.
Da-Lee investment is the inaugural investment of Alphi Capital I. The investment was supported by Alphi’s key partner Bulldog Capital Partners Inc.
Founded in 2022 by Andrew Fortier and Thecla Sweeney, Toronto based Alphi Capital targets investment opportunities in the Canadian lower middle market – focusing on business and consumer services and high return on invested capital businesses.

Alphi Capital Announces Inaugural Investment in Da-Lee Group
