The new investment will help Datavalet accelerate and sustain its strong growth well into the future. As part of the transaction, Toby Chang and Daniel Forest, AGP’s co-founders, will immediately join Robert Soussa as part of the senior management team.

“We are very excited to be partnering with AGP. Its investment into our business will help us widen our range and extend our reach,” said Robert Soussa, Managing Partner of Business Development at Datavalet. “We welcome the additional resources and bench strength, which will allow us to not only accelerate growth, but also to increase our strategic capabilities.”

“Datavalet has cultivated strong customer and partner relationships and has become an emerging leader in its industry,” said Forest, now also Managing Partner, Finance & Corporate Strategy at Datavalet. “Expect to see lots of activity in the years to come as Datavalet continues on its path as an independent leader in Wi-Fi managed services in North America.”
