ApplyBoard secures Series D financing

CPE News (6/14/2021) – ApplyBoard has raised $156 million in Series D and common equity financing. It was reported by a news outlet that the company raised US $230 million. The company has yet to make an announcement about its fundraising.

Ontario Teachers reportedly led the financing with participation of Fidelity, Canadian, US and offshore investors.

The financing closed early this month and there is no change to company’s board composition following the closing of the financing. Artiman Ventures, and three brother founders Meti, Martin and Massi Basiri remain as the largest shareholders.
