CPE News Brief (6.23.2022) – ArcTern Ventures has launched fundraising for its third fund, ArcTern Ventures Fund III.
ArcTern Ventures has yet to make any announcement of the fund and fundraising target.
Fund II will be led by General Partners (GPs), Murray McCaig and Marc Faucher. Tom Rand who founded ArcTern Ventures with McCaig will not led the fund.
In September 2019, ArcTern Ventures final closed Fund II with upsized $200 million in capital commitments from TD Bank Group, Suncor, BDC Capital, Ivey Foundation, OMERS, Equinor and others.
