Ardenton Capital Corporation has completed an equity investment in Comtrad Strategic Sourcing Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Comtrad Strategic Sourcing is Ardenton’s eleventh investment in its global portfolio. Ardenton’s fourth investment in Canada over the last twelve months.
Founded over 45 years ago, Mississauga, Ontario based Comtrad specializes in sourcing cost-effective and high-quality products from Asian suppliers to OEMs and distributors with operations in North America.
Comtrad offers solutions to a variety of OEM manufacturing disciplines, including R&D, tooling and the advantages of our strategic global sourcing and logistics experience. Comtrad provides its services to customers across multiple industries, with both standard and custom designed products, who need a sourcing partner to provide environmentally friendly, cost effective opportunities, and service excellence.
