Argo Living Soils, Global TreeGro, and Taurus Gold file for CSE IPO

CPE News (4/1/2021) – Argo Living Soils Corp., Global TreeGro Inc. and Taurus Gold Corp. have filed preliminary prospectus in connection with proposed initial public offerings (IPOs). The companies have applied to list their shares and warrants on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

Argo Living Soils Corp. of Vancouver
Argo Living Soils is engaged in the business of agricultural production. The company is specializing in producing and developing organic products including soil amendments, living soils, bio‐fertilizers, natural pesticides and fungicides, vermicompost, and compost tea kits formulated specifically for high value crops.

Agro Living Soil is offering a minimum of 6,000,000 units and a maximum of 7,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of between $600,000 and $700,000.

PI Financial Corp. acts as agent. Morton Law LLP and MLT Aikins LLP act as legal counsel to Argo and the agent respectively.

Global TreeGro Inc. of Calgary
Global TreeGro (GTG) is a technology development company that commercializes internally developed proprietary reforestation technology designed to address the increasing need for smart forestry solutions.

Global TreeGro is offering a minimum of 7,500,000 units and a maximum of 10,000,000 units at $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of between $1,500,000 and $2,000,000.

Leede Jones Gable Inc. acts as agent. McMillan LLP and Harper Grey LLP act as legal counsels to GTG and the agent respectively.

Taurus Gold Corp. of Edmonton

Taurus Gold is an early stage mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The company currently holds an interest in the Charlotte Property, a gold exploration project, located in the Mt.Nansen area in west‐central Yukon Territory.

Taurus Gold is offering 8,000,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit for gross proceeds of $2 million.

Canaccord Genuity Corp. acts as agent. Burstall LLP and Boughton Law Corporation act as legal counsel to Taurus Gold and the agent.
