Vancouver (pcJ News Briefs) – Arizona Silver Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: AZS) has closed previously announced private placement of 7,500,000 common shares at $0.20 per share for gross proceeds of $1,500,000.
Arizona Silver Exploration issued a total of 407,500 common shares at a deemed price of $0.20 per share as finders’ fees to two finders.
Proceeds will be used for the further exploration of the Ramsey Silver Mine in La Paz County, Arizona, and for general working capital purposes.
