Assent Compliance Inc., an Ottawa based provider of compliance management solutions, has raised US $40 million in Series B funding led by Greenspring Associates with participation of existing investors, Volition Capital, OpenText Enterprise Application Fund (OTEAF), BDC Capital, NRC-IRAP, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and private investors.
