Banyan’s Oakcreek Golf & Turf acquires Simpson Norton

Oakcreek Golf and Turf LP, a portfolio company of Banyan Capital Partners, has acquired Goodyear, Arizona based Simpson Norton Corporation.

With a history of over 60 years, Simpson Norton is a distributor of commercial turf maintenance and golf course irrigation equipment for Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Nevada, parts of West Texas and Southern Colorado.

Calgary based Oakcreek Golf and Turf LP is Western Canada’s full-service distributor of Toro Commercial Turf Care Equipment, Toro Golf Irrigation Equipment, Yamaha Golf Cars, Kässbohrer (PistenBully) snow grooming equipment, and related products.
