Blue Point Capital Partners acquires Spector & Co.

Blue Point Capital Partners, in partnership with CEO Rob Spector, has acquired Spector & Co., its eleventh Blue Point III platform investment. Financial terms were not disclosed. Blue Point typically invests in businesses that generate between US $20 million and US $300 million in revenue.

Rob Spector, who retains 25% stake, will continue to lead the company.

Blue Point Inks Another Deal, Partnering with Management to Recapitalize Spector & Co.

CLEVELAND, OH (April 4, 2018) – Blue Point Capital Partners, in partnership with management, announced today the acquisition of its eleventh Blue Point III platform investment, Spector & Co. The Company is a leading industry supplier of writing instruments, journals and other business gifts to the North American promotional products industry.
