Bridging Finance launches Bridging Real Estate Lending Fund LP

Bridging Finance Inc. has launched its newest offering, the Bridging Real Estate Lending Fund LP.

The Fund will invest in an actively managed portfolio of first and second ranked mortgage loans that are secured by real property used for commercial purposes in Canada. At the onset, the target market will be the Province of Ontario and will expand throughout Canada thereafter.

MarshallZehr Group Inc., a licensed mortgage brokerage (#12453) and mortgage administrator (#11955), will act as the mortgage administrator of the mortgages.

The Fund units will be available for sale as of March 9, 2018 through the IIROC dealer channel on FundSERV and to institutional investors.

Bridging Finance Inc. Announces the Launch of the Bridging Real Estate Lending Fund LP

Bridging Finance Inc. (“Bridging Finance”) is pleased to announce the launch of its latest product, the Bridging Real Estate Lending Fund LP (the “Bridging Real Estate Lending Fund”) which will be available for sale as of March 9, 2018 through the IIROC dealer channel on FundSERV and to institutional investors.

In addition, Bridging Finance is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with MarshallZehr Group Inc. (“MarshallZehr“), a licensed mortgage brokerage (#12453) and mortgage administrator (#11955), to act as the mortgage administrator of the mortgages.
