CPE News Brief (6.24.2022) – Battery Ventures has held likely final close for its 14th fund, Battery Ventures XIV, L.P.
Launched in February 2022 with initial close of US $3.04 billion, the final close of US $3.5 billion or more came in just slightly over 4 months.
Two Canadian investors invested in fund, accounting for less than 0.6% of the US $3.5 billion total.
Boston based Battery Ventures is a global, technology-focused investment firm with offices in the U.S., Europe and Israel. The firm practices “a collaborative, research-focused style of investing and regularly make early, growth and buyout investments in the same tech sector.”
