Founded in 2002 by President & CEO Luc Brousseau and CTO Christian Watier, Mont‑Saint‑Hilaire, Québec based Lanla specializes in measuring and managing the customer experience.
With this investment, Capital croissance PME II has become a significant minority shareholder in Lanla.

It generates detailed and actionable advice so that managers can improve both their customers’ experience and their company’s performance. The app also offers real‑time detractor management/recovery tools (NPS™) and a library of training modules and management courses.
