Capital Croissance PME acquires significant minority in Lanla

Capital croissance PME II s.e.c. has invested $2 million in Lanla, third investment by Capital croissance PME funds, in Lanla.

Founded in 2002 by President & CEO Luc Brousseau and CTO Christian Watier, Mont‑Saint‑Hilaire, Québec based Lanla specializes in measuring and managing the customer experience.

With this investment, Capital croissance PME II has become a significant minority shareholder in Lanla.

Wizper™ is an AI‑driven mobile app that analyzes survey results. The platform is designed to analyze and interpret satisfaction surveys, online reviews, social media posts, and operational data for retail businesses, restaurants, hotels, financial institutions, and service companies. It generates detailed and actionable advice so that managers can improve both their customers’ experience and their company’s performance. The app also offers real‑time detractor management/recovery tools (NPS™) and a library of training modules and management courses.
