CPE News (1.20.2022) – Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (CC&L Infrastructure) has acquired a majority stake in LANDMARK Student Transportation, one of North America’s leading student transportation businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.

LANDMARK’s existing shareholders will retain a significant equity interest in the business and its current management team led by Kirk Flach, President & CEO, will continue to oversee its operations and growth.

LANDMARK’s management team also includes John Turney, VP of Operations, and Principals Barry Stock and Brian Stock, and David Dunkin, Managing Director of Business Development.

Based in Aurora, Ontario, with US headquarters in Dousman, Wisconsin, LANDMARK provides school districts with cost-effective student transportation services with a focus on safety, reliability and responsiveness. LANDMARK operates more than 4,600 buses through its owned and managed fleet.

TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2022 /CNW/ – Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (CC&L Infrastructure) today announced the acquisition of a majority interest in Landmark Student Transportation (Landmark or the Company) – one of North America’s leading student transportation businesses. Landmark’s existing shareholders will retain a significant equity interest in the business and its current management team will continue to oversee its operations and growth.

Founded in 2010 by a group of industry veterans, Landmark provides essential student transportation services to local school districts and private educational institutions throughout rural and suburban markets in Canada and the United States.
