Certus Oil and Gas Inc., a Calgary based private oil and gas company, has raised $3,468,500 through the issuance of 34,685,000 common shares priced at $0.10 per share.
53 private investors from Alberta (22), BC (25), Manitoba (3), UAE (1) and New Zealand (2) participated in the financing.
Tri View Capital Ltd. acted as agent for the financing and was paid a fee of $145,040. John Campbell, Chairman of TriVew Capital serves as a director of Certus Oil and Gas.
Incorporated in December 2016, Certus Oil and Gas is led by Robert Brady, CEO & Director; Michael Woodford, VP Business Development; and Simon Cox, VP Finance.
Certus’ three-member board also include Peter Andrews of Amarok Engineering Ltd.
