CPE News (1.10.2022) – Conexus Venture Capital Inc. has held a final close for its second venture capital fund and first Ag tech venture capital fund, Emmertech Fund I, with total capital commitments just above the fund target of $60 million.
Conexus Venture Capital held an $45 million in August 2021. Innovation Saskatchewan, an anchor investor, committed $15 million to the fund.
Launched in 2021, Emmertech is focused on agtech and agribusiness innovation.
Conexus Venture Capital, a subsidiary of Conexus Credit Union, launched its first VC fund in 2019, Conexus Venture Capital Fund, with a final close of $31 million in 2020.
