CPS Capital invests in KGK Science

KGK Science Inc., a London, Ontario based contract research organization offering human clinical trials and regulatory services to the health nutrition industry, has secured a growth equity investment from Vancouver based CPS Capital.

Financial terms were not disclosed. CPS Capital targets companies with annual revenues from $5-$30 million and annual cash flows from $1-$5 million.

Founded by principals Wei Lin and Jeffrey Tung, both formerly Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and MBA graduates of Richard Ivey School of Business, CPS Capital seeks to find, invest-in and advise high-quality small and/or medium sized businesses. CPS provides business owners with a unique structure that is an attractive option compared to traditional financial or strategic investors.
As a part of the partnership with KGK, CPS Capital will advise KGK operationally while helping to grow the business organically.
