Daniel Eisen’s long-duration software investment firm holds initial close of inaugural fund

A long-duration, flexible software investment firm co-founded by Daniel Eisen has held an initial close for its inaugural fund, with significant, committed, permanent capital from preeminent investors and operators.

The firm, to be named, has yet to make any announcement.

Eisen, CFA, was previously Vice President Business Development of Constellation HomeBuilder Systems, a company of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), from 2014 to 2020 and was Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Constellation Software from 2013 to 2014. From 2009 to 2010, Eisen was an associate with TorQuest Partners.

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Eisten has also previously held positions with Herbal Magic and Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets.
