DCM Group acquires DH Aerospace Holding

CPE News (7.19.2024) – DCM Group Inc., a portfolio company of Thrust Capital Partners, Investissement Québec and Desjardins Capital, has acquired DH Aerospace Holding Inc. operating as Koss Aerospace and Brampton Processing.

Founded by Dragomir, Helene and the Cajic family in 1975 in Mississauga, Ontario as Koss Machine & Tool Company, Koss Aerospace specializes in manufacturing aerospace structural components, while Brampton Processing offers a range of value-added metal processing services including cadmium plating, chrome plating, anodizing, painting, finishing services, and more. It operates three facilities in the Greater Toronto Area.

Alexander Cajic, VP of Business Development at Koss Aerospace, will continue under the new ownership as VP Ontario Division.

DCM Group is a leading Canadian subcontractor specializing in aerostructure components, aircraft maintenance & welding services, and ground support equipment (GSE) tooling. The company operates four sites in Quebec and one in France.

In December 2023, Thrust Capital Partners Fund I L.P. in partnership with Desjardins Capital PME acquired DCM. Investissement Québec (IQ), an existing investor in DCM, retains its ownership stake in DCM.
