Arteria will use these funds to scale its proven technology through building out product, sales and delivery on a global basis.

In October 2020, Deloitte announced the spin-off of its contract lifecycle management (CLM) software offering, Arteria AI, formerly known as dTrax, into a standalone business outside of Deloitte, to be led by Shelby Austin.
