Desjardins Capital invests in Ni2

In connection with the financing, Lous Gaudreau, has joined Ni2 board of directors.[/mepr-active].

Montreal based Ni2 develops and markets next-generation cross-domain ICT service and resource lifecycle and inventory management software. The Ni2 software is specifically designed for Service Providers to effectively and efficiently monetize services. Ni2 includes a platform, with a suite of integrated applications, specifically designed to assist Service Providers to Build, Deliver, Document, and Support the services they market to their customers.
