Ero Copper Inc., a recently formed stealth private mineral company, has just raised $36.9 million led by one unnamed Netherlands investor with an investment of $16.7 million. Investors from UK, USA, BC, Ontario participated in the financing.
Numis Securities Ltd., PI Financial Corp., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Scotia Capital Inc., Raymond James Ltd. assisted the fundraising. Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP acted as legal counsel to Ero Copper in connection with the financing.
Vancouver based Ero Copper has raised $44.7 million since its inception in May 2016.
