On August 30th 2017, Evolution Engineering Inc. announced the closing of growth equity investment from EV Private Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
According to the company filing, EV Private Equity invested $18.83 million on August 22, 2017.
In connection with the investment, EV Private Equity’ Matthew Anstead and Anoop Poddar joined Evolution Engineering board of directors that also includes CEO Paul Crilly, Michael Kennedy, and Derek Logan.
Bennett Jones LLP acted as legal counsel to Evolution Engineering.
