Eventchain Smartticket Service Ltd., a Vancouver based blockchain secured event ticketing service provider, has secured an initial round of private financing raising $808,733.50 from 19 BC, Alberta, US and UK investors. The company issued 3,234,934 units priced at $0.25 per unit. Each unit consists of one commons are and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common shares at $0.75 until December 31, 2019.
