Ex-RBCCM analysts founded Goodfood secures financing

Goodfood Market Inc., a Montreal based online healthy meal delivery company founded by former RBC Capital Markets (RBCCM) analysts, Jonathan Ferrari and Neil Cuggy, has raised $[mepr-active rule=”374″ ifallowed=”hide”]##Subscribers, please login to read deal details. The offering syndicate was led by GMP Securities L.P. and included National Bank Financial Inc., Cormark Securities Inc. and Alternative Capital Group Inc. LaBarge Weinstein LLP acted as legal counsel in connection with the offering.

Founded in 2014, Goodfood Market has reportedly raised $1.1 million from Hamnett Hill’s edo Capital.

Born out of a goal to get more people preparing delicious and healthy meals at home, today Goodfood is a team of 150+ people delivering delicious meals monthly across Quebec, Ontario and the maritimes.
