CPE News (7/13/2021) – Float Financial Solutions has announced the closing of a $4 million seed round of financing led by Golden Ventures, Susa Ventures with participation of Global Founders Capital, Michael Hyatt, Garage Capital, and private investors.
Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) provided additional $1 million in venture debt funding as part of financing.
Founded by Griffin Keglevich and Ruslan Nikolaev, and recently renamed from Journal Technologies, Float aims to build the “smartest corporate cards” for business.
