Modasuite Inc., dba Frank and Oak, has raised US $18.98 million in Series D financing from 44 investors.
Existing investors, Goodwater Capital, Campfire Capital, RHO Canada Ventures, Real Ventures, Innovation Group Investors, GCM-FAO LLC, participated in the financing, but as minor investors. The financing was led by angel investors.
Modasuite board is comprised of two co-founders, Yifeng Song and Hicham Ratnani, and investor representatives, Roger Chabra from Rho Canada Ventures, Eric Kim from Goodwater Capital and John Currie from Campfire Capital.
Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is the new legal counsel for Modasuite. LaBarge Weinstein LLP had been acting as legal counsel to Modasuite previously.
