CPE News (3/26/2021) – Fulcrum Capital Partners Inc. has commenced fundraising for its sixth fund, Fulcrum Capital Partners VI. The firm has yet to disclose the target size for the fund. Fulcrum Capital Partners VI predecessor Fund V is a $344 million 2014-vintage fund final closed in June 2015.
Trailmark Inc. is acting as US placement agent for Fund VI’s International parallel fund.
Fund VI will be led by GPs, Gregory Collings, Paul Eldridge, Brian Fulton, John Philp, and Paul Rowe, and Partners Graham Flater, Johan Lemmer, Klemens Wilhelm.
Vancouver and Toronto based Fulcrum Capital Partners Inc. is a private equity firm focused on the middle market.
